To register for eBill, you will need a copy of your bill from RTC Communications. You can also contact us for assistance at 319-279-3375.
After looking at the below tutorial go back up and click on the Continue button and then click on Register Now.
From your bill, use your 10 digit Account Number for Service Account and then enter your “Security Code” using the numerals 093 along with the last four digits of the number highlighted in green below. In the example below, the number would be 0931234.
Once the Service Account and Security Code fields are completed, click Continue to finish the eBill registration process.
